About
Why Bizebots exists
I started out on the customer service side of business consulting — the part of the job where you're the one actually talking to clients, fielding the same questions, chasing the same follow-ups, and watching exactly where a business's day gets eaten alive by things that shouldn't need a human doing them manually.
That's where the interest in systems came from. Not from a marketing background, and not from a coding bootcamp — from sitting inside businesses and noticing the same patterns over and over: a website that doesn't rank, a CRM nobody trusts, an inbox full of questions that have been answered a hundred times before. I taught myself the technical side — websites, SEO, automation, AI tooling — specifically to fix the problems I kept seeing from the inside.
That's the difference between Bizebots and a typical agency. I'm not selling a package of deliverables. I'm applying the same instinct for client experience I built in consulting, now aimed at the systems behind the business rather than just the people in front of it.
Right now, I'm working hands-on and selectively rather than running a large client roster — every engagement gets the full audit-first process, and gets built and refined properly rather than templated off a shelf.
If that sounds like the kind of person you want looking at your business, start with the audit or get in touch directly.
